Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the Financial Services Industry. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving concerns related to retail, commercial, and online banking, as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills to provide accurate and confidential client service. Your ability to multi-task, display professionalism, and work in multiple software applications at one time will be essential to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as an initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns * Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls and live chat * Resolve concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking, as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions * Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate * Provide accurate, confidential client service through bankcard, business online banking, or general servicing knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED with 1 year call center or customer service experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of PC-based software * Ability to work in multiple software applications at one time * Strong keyboard skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Ability to display professionalism while interacting with others **Preferred Qualifications** * Call center experience * Bachelor's degree * Financial Services experience * Bilingual (Spanish) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
