As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for: * Building rapport with customers and responding to inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment * Identifying and providing services and solutions by processing payments, updating customer information, updating billing information, verifying coverage for third parties, resolving telematics inquiries, utilizing available tools to identify and transfer cross-sell opportunities, and assisting with online portal * Providing first call resolution for aligned work and routing customers to the appropriate party to resolve issues outside of scope * Following department guidelines for account documentation * Adhering to standard operating procedures and consistently utilizing resources provided * Upholding our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on average handle time, after-call work, quality, adherence, leads generation, and reliability * Performing in a fast-paced, high-production, high-volume environment that focuses heavily on customer service **Experience and Skills:** * Billing experience is preferred, but not required * Ability to independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity * Customer service and call center experience is essential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * Proficiency in using computer software and technology to resolve customer issues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Work From Home Requirements:** * A quiet space to conduct business, free from distractions, including all training hours * A broadband/cable/fiber internet connection with the ability to hardwire connect through an Ethernet cord * Speeds of 25 Mbps or faster for downloads and 5 Mbps or faster for uploads are required * arenaflex provides all equipment needed, except for a desk and a chair * A workstation in the home should have the space needed for two 24-inch monitors and a desktop computer **Equipment Distribution:** * Equipment will be shipped to the successful candidate **Training Hours:** * 2 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM PST * Training Start Date: April 22nd * Attendance is required 100% through training **Pay and Benefits:** * $16/hour * Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs * Competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks **Why Join arenaflex?** * Join a dynamic and innovative team that is revolutionizing the industry * Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role * Competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
