About Our Remote Online Programs Department Our Remote Online Programs department is the backbone of our operations, providing top-notch support to our customers and driving our business forward. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, working independently with minimal supervision, and maintaining regular and timely attendance. You will be required to hold a current license in Property and Casualty Insurance, which is essential for success in this role. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
