Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to international customers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental standards and goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to ensure productivity. Stay up-to-date with blithequark's policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informative support to customers. Essential Qualifications Minimum qualification: 10+2; any graduate/PG is eligible to apply. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards. Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately. Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Good typing skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an international voice support environment. Knowledge of blithequark's products and services. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
