Key Responsibilities Handle incoming live chats and telephone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and offer additional products or services that meet their needs. Prepare account changes, troubleshoot customer issues, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
