Key Responsibilities: Live Chat and Phone Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, upselling, and promotional purposes, building strong relationships and driving business growth. Quality Checks: Call customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
