Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client support. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly and concisely. Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
