Whether they're looking to refresh a single room or redesign their entire home, we can guide them through the process from initial concept to final installation. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems * Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information * Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and providing timely and accurate responses * Utilize strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems * Process purchase orders and restock inventory as needed * Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations * Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction * Answer pricing and product inquiries * Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Requirements:** * Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner * Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred * Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation * Self-starter with a strong work ethic * Effective working in teams to achieve departmental objectives * Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (e.g., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct) **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry * Knowledge of luxury home furnishings and interior design principles * Experience with proprietary order-entry systems and customer relationship management software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
