About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our blithequark work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, providing white-glove treatment to resolve their queries, issues, and shopping needs. Your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service will be essential in helping these exclusive customers. On a typical day, you'll: Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries Make recommendations of products or services to close sales and enhance the customer experience Resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues with professionalism and poise What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this position, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer setup A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in What You Can Expect from blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
