Our mission is to empower individuals and families to make informed decisions about their healthcare, and our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering exceptional support and guidance every step of the way. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark's CSC, you will play a critical role in providing information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the Maryland Health Connection (MHC). You will be responsible for assisting customers with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange.
