As a key member of our Customer Support Center, you'll be responsible for providing information and assistance to individuals and families seeking services related to the Maryland Health Connection. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking services related to the Maryland Health Connection * Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange * Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Ability to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans * Familiarity with the Maryland Health Connection and State systems * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with customer relationship management software * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
