With a strong focus on customer-centricity, we're dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with our members, providers, and communities. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Medicaid and Medicare members and providers through inbound calls. You'll assist with a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can deliver outstanding customer experiences, work effectively in a remote setting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from Medicaid and Medicare members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs * Provide accurate and timely information to resolve member and provider issues * Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with members and providers, ensuring a positive experience * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Work from home with high-speed internet connectivity and secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Training and Development** * Comprehensive training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role * Ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth and development * Access to training resources and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work from home and prove self-sufficiency * Must commute to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems * Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits and services **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work environment with high-speed internet connectivity and secure service via ethernet cable * Collaborative and dynamic team culture that values innovation, creativity, and customer-centricity * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on building a strong and diverse team **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $17.00 - $27.90 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year * Access to well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, and a CVS store discount **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to recruiting, hiring, developing, advancing, and retaining individuals with disabilities.
