As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in this process, serving as the primary point of contact for patients, attorneys, guarantors, and other stakeholders. Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a remote call center team, responsible for answering incoming phone calls and addressing the questions and concerns of our callers. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring you to process payments, set up payment plans, collect and update insurance information, and provide explanations for insurance denials. In addition to your phone duties, you will also be responsible for processing mail returns, locating and attaching notes and authorizations to claims, and mailing invoices. Your ability to multitask, manage your time effectively, and maintain attention to detail will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls from patients, attorneys, guarantors, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support. Process payments on open bills via credit card and set up payment plans as needed. Collect and update missing or outdated insurance information to ensure accurate billing and claims processing. Provide clear and concise explanations for insurance denials, addressing caller questions and concerns. Process mail returns, locate and attach notes and authorizations to claims, and mail invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess a combination of essential qualifications and skills. These include: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient typing and computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
