Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative on our Medicare team, you'll play a critical role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that their needs are met. This is a 5-star service that requires a high level of empathy, tone, and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and understood * Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Call Center Customer Service experience, with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales) * Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills * Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone * Ability to navigate multiple systems at a time, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience * Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on Medicare or related fields * Previous Medicare experience, with a strong understanding of Medicare policies and procedures * Call Center Customer Service experience (inbound calls), with a focus on resolving customer issues and providing solutions * Medical background, with a focus on healthcare-related fields **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and exceeding customer expectations * Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications * Ability to work independently, with a focus on self-motivation and accountability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
