Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare with blithequark, you will play a critical role in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support with claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. You will work with customers to solve problems, demonstrating empathy and a customer-focused approach. Your goal will be to deliver 5-star service, exceeding customer expectations and upholding the high standards of our team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, and more Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and a customer-focused approach Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information and provide support Communicate complex messages clearly and professionally over the phone, using proper grammar and language Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Call center customer service experience, handling inbound calls (no telesales) Excellent customer-focused competencies, with strong customer service skills and empathy Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously All candidates must score 80% or above on the eSkills test Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience Healthcare industry experience, preferably in Medicare Previous Medicare experience Call center customer service experience (inbound calls) Medical background or knowledge Work Schedule and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare with blithequark, you will work a 37.5-hour week, with flexible scheduling that includes: Full-time shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM One late-night shift and one Saturday or Sunday shift per week Overtime opportunities available, sometimes required (over 40 hours) blithequark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive compensation Opportunities for career growth and professional development Comprehensive training and onboarding program 100% remote work arrangement, with flexible scheduling Why Join blithequark?
