You'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts * Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation * Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations * Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate * Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills * High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience * Or, equivalent military experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting * Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
