As a customer service representative, you will be the knowledgeable, trusted advocate for our members, and your skills and expertise will be instrumental in exceeding our members' expectations. Job Overview and Responsibilities In this permanent work-from-home position, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service to our Medicare members. Your key responsibilities will include: Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient service Providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations, and ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and thorough answers to their questions Applying patience, adaptability, and empathy in all interactions with our members Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience Pay Range and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is between $17.00 and $27.16 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after your start date. Please note that these bonuses are only applicable to external candidates and not to current internal employees of CVS or Aetna. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications: Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in your interactions with others Ability to apply patience and understanding in complex or challenging situations Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies Equivalent military experience will also be considered COVID Requirements Arsenault requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster shots if required, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevent them from being vaccinated. You will be required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status or apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 10 days of your employment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with customer service experience, as well as a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
