You will ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in computer systems. You will also occasionally make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits * Asking appropriate questions and listening actively while documenting required information in computer systems * Occasionally making outbound calls to customers for follow-ups * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel * Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance * Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from Sunday - Saturday * Ability to work occasional overtime, including a 6th day and one (1) weekend day shift **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Call center experience * Experience with a virtual learning environment * Experience with a virtual working environment * Experience in working with digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email) * Health care/insurance environment experience (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design) **Soft Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Telecommuting Requirements** As a remote employee, you will be required to: * Keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Establish a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Live in a location that can receive a Blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * Connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router) **Physical and Work Environment** As a remote employee, you will be required to work in a home office environment that is: * Quiet and free from distractions * Equipped with a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset * Free from interruptions and noise * Well-lit and ventilated **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.00 to $28.27 per hour, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications.
