You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the relevant departments when necessary. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Nutiliti application, its features, and functionalities to effectively address customer questions. Communication: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: To succeed as a NUTILITI Customer Service Representative, you will need: Advanced English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound judgments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and technology tools.
