Your Responsibilities Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media, responding to questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Escalate interactions when necessary, collaborating with senior representatives or specialized teams to resolve critical issues Respond to requests for assistance, including processing payments and providing product or service information Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data quality Provide feedback on call issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement Upsell or cross-sell products or services when required, leveraging your knowledge of our offerings to meet customer needs What We're Looking For To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent; IT/Network certifications or degrees are a plus Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and achieving performance metrics Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher, with excellent PC operation and navigation skills Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to set up and configure home Wi-Fi networks, routers, or switches Core proficiency with laptops or desktop computers, including hardware and software components Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner The ability to work independently in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision and guidance Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in challenging situations Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a call center or contact center environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field Being One of Our People At blithequark, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness, growth, and development.
