Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns. Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries , ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements , staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and regulations. Address and resolve customer concerns , escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience , preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail , with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus, although training will be provided for the right candidate. Availability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to meeting business needs.
