Job Overview and Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely delivery and resolve patient inquiries on the first call, providing an exceptional customer experience. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Process prescription refills, order status updates, and insurance coverage inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients Collaborate with our pharmacy team to resolve patient issues and ensure seamless delivery of medications Consistently demonstrate a patient-centric approach, providing exceptional customer service and support Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. 1+ year of customer service experience 6+ months of high call center experience, working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, we prefer candidates with six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone, as well as those with healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
