Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Process prescription refills, manage order status updates, and handle insurance coverage inquiries. Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems efficiently and effectively resolve patient issues. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. 6 months of high call center experience, with proficiency in working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. Residence within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, to ensure reliable internet connectivity for remote work. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone. Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
