Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. 6 months of high call center experience, with proficiency in working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. Residence within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, to ensure reliable internet connectivity for remote work. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone. Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
