As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, and we offer incredible advancement opportunities so you can grow within the pharmacy or move to another role within blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to our patients * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Training Schedule** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. **Schedule Availability** As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday from 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. **Required Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** blithequark requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we strive to promote and sustain a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging every day.
