As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, and we offer incredible advancement opportunities so you can grow within the pharmacy or move to another role within blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to our patients * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Training Schedule** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. **Schedule Availability** As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday from 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
