Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. A high level of empathy and customer-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we welcome candidates with: Additional customer service training or certifications.
