Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Least Capabilities: 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role. Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, particularly in one of the following areas: Detect, Secure, Answer, and Recover. Experience in partnering with leadership teams, including driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives. US Government Top Secret/Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance. Preferred Capabilities: Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities. Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues. Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings. Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to take complex, uncertain points, build procedures, and impact partners. A fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions. Eligibility To be eligible for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Previous sales or customer experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company is a plus.
