Job Overview In this part-time Customer Service Representative role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will receive inbound calls and answer questions regarding medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring that our members have a better understanding of their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will provide solutions to improve their healthcare experience, and you will have the chance to explore the healthcare industry while growing your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions from plan members regarding pharmacy benefit plans Provide solutions and support to improve the healthcare experience of our members Offer assistance with medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order prescriptions Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A strong client support background, including accommodating phone etiquette and professionalism, is also essential.
