Key Responsibilities Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring seamless patient care and support Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as needed Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and other relevant areas Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Must reside in the state of Nevada Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a health care or pharmacy setting Knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and customers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and patient care Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
