**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, resolve complex issues, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Why You'll Love This Job** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Payments and Digital Strategy team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from customers for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying customers for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work extremely well with customers and colleagues * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
