Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that all customer needs, questions, and requirements are met in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. You will also work closely with our outside sales team to support departmental success and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete order entry process, including entry of customer purchase orders, review of pricing and delivery dates, and issuance of return material authorizations Collaborate with our 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery of customers' orders and provide timely updates on order status Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information on product availability, shipping dates, tracking information, and order verification Resolve all issues related to purchase orders, track and expedite orders as required, and communicate backorder statuses and reports to customers and sales representatives Assist in coordinating activities associated with new product awards, including discounts and committed delivery dates Maintain and update customer account information, including pricing and account set-up details, and ensure compliance with departmental procedures Handle consumer calls regarding product-related questions and direct customer complaints and reported adverse events in accordance with departmental procedures Support the outside sales teams by fulfilling requested actions and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external customers Performance Expectations To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner and strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize conflicting demands, execute assigned tasks within established schedules, and work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to all requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain composure and a positive attitude during difficult times, with a strong commitment to adherence to company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional with: A BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience in a related field) 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales and marketing environment, with pharmaceutical experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with SAP experience a plus Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize with minimal supervision Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
