Your duties will include: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and solution-focused attitude Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and closure Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently to maintain our high standards Developing rapport with customers and providing personalized solutions to exceed their expectations Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to resolve them efficiently Required Qualities and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications: Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional Friendly, confident, and self-starter mentality with a positive and upbeat attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs Preferred: 1 year of customer service-related experience and 1 year of call center experience Must live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah Skills and Competencies for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Positive and solution-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow professionally and personally.
