Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer inquiries and responding to their concerns in a professional and timely manner Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up Recording details of customer interactions with accuracy and proficiency, using our state-of-the-art software and systems Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and providing personalized solutions to their problems Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction Qualities and Qualifications To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess certain qualities and qualifications, including: Essential Qualities: Excellent customer service attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional and personalized Friendly, confident, and self-starting, with a positive and upbeat attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling Positive and quick troubleshooter, able to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30 words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
