With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to be the go-to partner for alarm monitoring services. **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive starting pay of $17.49/hour, with opportunities for shift differentials up to $4.00/hour * Bilingual differentials available for those who speak multiple languages * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a fully array of other benefits * Generous PTO package and tuition reimbursement opportunities * A family-oriented team environment that values work-life balance and employee growth * Possible work-from-home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and professional manner * Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response * Dispatching proper authorities to respond to alarm signals, ensuring the safety and security of our customers' properties * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations * Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Have prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed * Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications * Be willing to relocate to the Manasquan, NJ area, with a commute time of no more than 45 minutes from Manasquan, NJ **Shifts and Scheduling** We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including: * 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) * 3rd shift (11pm-7am) * 10-hour shifts * 12-hour shifts * 8-hour shifts * Evening shifts * Holidays * Night shifts * Overnight shifts * Weekends as needed **Training and Development** As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our paid training program will take place on-site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024.
