About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will communicate directly with patients over the phone to process a high volume of prescription orders each day. Your primary objective will be to ensure that patients receive their compound medication prescriptions promptly while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
