Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a difference in the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information on our products and services. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's pharmacy information system and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the suitable system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve external exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to support plans and others to obtain data, gain approval, or otherwise resolve the external exceptions. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations. * Identify and report issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Obtain a current professional license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain a current professional license or certification. **Essential Capabilities** * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web browser skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. **Preferred Capabilities** * At least 2 years of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by state as granted by the State board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success * Ongoing support and development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible scheduling to meet your needs * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
