If you share our values and are eager to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide problem resolution and meet customer needs * Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients * Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments as necessary * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases * Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced representatives or designated departments * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients * Adhering to established documentation and processes, as well as client-provided decision trees * Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and decision-making skills * Proficiency in using computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications * Ability to navigate a client-provided decision tree and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests * Familiarity with online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries * Ability to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends * Willingness to be on camera during work hours **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **Benefits and Perks** As a member of blithequark's team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision care * EAP programs * Paid time off * Recognition programs * Retirement and investment options * Charitable gift matching programs * Worldwide days of service **Compensation** The compensation for this position is $15 per hour, with the potential for maximum pay of $15 per hour. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
