You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. This role requires a unique individual who is positive, can perform multiple tasks, and has a passion for customer service and helping others. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet, welcome, and thank customers with a smile and a positive attitude * Represent arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support * Answer customer questions and help them with their needs in a timely and efficient manner * Be available to assist colleagues across the store as needed * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that the customer area is always tidy and welcoming * Assemble and prepare trucks for loading and unloading * Operate equipment to move trucks from the parking area to inside the store * Clean bathrooms, sales floor, and parking garage as needed * Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service in every weather condition **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in any field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Positive attitude and passion for customer service and helping others * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Ability to speak multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Positive attitude and passion for customer service and helping others * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills and career.
