Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to educate and guide them in understanding their benefits and finding appropriate healthcare providers. Adhering to best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting improvements to enhance our service quality. Maintaining a high level of organization within blithequark's platform and tools, such as Zendesk and G Suite. Relaying valuable member feedback to our product and operations teams to drive improvements in blithequark's solutions. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs efficiently. Maintaining detailed knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance to provide informed support.
