If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Support financial products and services, including identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing thoughts to solve internal and external customer problems * Perform complex customer service tasks, including receiving guidance from a customer support manager and strengthening non-recurring questions * Interact with customer support teams on complex customer problems * Provide education on regulations and procedures, and offer guidance to less skilled individuals, as well as internal and external clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Required Qualifications** * 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent confirmed by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, education * Ability to listen and elicit information * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, and applications, and make use of search tools to find information * Ability to troubleshoot common place computer problems * Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing * Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills * Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer problems * Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner * Ability to follow regulations, procedures, and laws * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability * Bilingual speaking ability in Spanish/English **Desired Qualifications** * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical and economic well-being.
