To best meet the needs of our customers and patients, arenaflex offers a genuine omnichannel experience, with fully integrated physical and digital platforms supported by the latest technology to deliver exceptional products and services in communities across the country. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry and patient enrollment team, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct management. You will be liable for utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your obligations may vary depending on the assigned department. If you're a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate to acquire missing medication data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes). * Settle all information passages related to special cases. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to get data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications** * High school recognition or GED. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Essential web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home in a remote data entry and patient enrollment role. * Comprehensive training and onboarding program to ensure your success. * Ongoing support and feedback from our experienced team. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
