As a key member of our operation, you will be the primary point of contact for our nationwide Long Term Care and outside the hospital client base, interacting with Technologists in the field and working closely with reps at our various regional accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. You will process all customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures, making a concerted effort to listen to the customer's needs and provide them with a positive experience. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers * Solving routine and complex problems (Contact supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve) * Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible * Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external & internal customers * Documenting activity to the blithequark system * Displaying the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process * Displaying the ability to operate the phone system effectively * Adhering to work schedule * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Ability to work independently and as a team * Must demonstrate the ability to perform the different tasks they have been trained for in the call center. The retention of this knowledge is a critical part of cross training the call center personnel * Computer knowledge * Strong customer service skills * Solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills) * Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Good organizational skills * Execute and prioritize multiple tasks * Professional * Ability to type 35 – 40 words per minute * Flexible and adaptable to change * Medical terminology / experience preferred but not required * A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required * Must have high-speed internet for Remote work **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Previous customer service experience in a call center environment * Experience working with medical terminology and healthcare industry * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Benefits** blithequark offers a competitive wage and robust benefit package to full-time employees.
