About the Role The Customer Service Representative is a pivotal position at arenaflex, responsible for interacting with our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide an outstanding experience, ensuring timely and precise communication. Collect and enter orders for our products, managing the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners and confirming accuracy. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records in CRM and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations. A professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach, with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. The ability to remain calm and professional in all situations, navigating various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. A strong understanding of customer service trends and the ability to learn from and adapt to customer feedback.
