We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. About the Role The Client Service Representative position at arenaflex is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, addressing their inquiries, and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met. This is not a call center environment, and you will not be required to engage in cold calling. Instead, you will focus on providing tailored support to our valued customers, responding to their phone and email inquiries, and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. Primary Responsibilities Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring that all communications are clear, concise, and accurate Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally, with a high degree of attention to detail Other Responsibilities Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage customer interactions and perform administrative tasks Demonstrating excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Being flexible and willing to adjust your work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support Leveraging prior client service experience and/or insurance license to provide expert guidance and support to our customers Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Be computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Have excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Be able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Be willing to adjust your work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is highly desirable, although not essential All applicants must be based in the US, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry Insurance license or certification, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of insurance products and services Experience with digital tools and platforms, including CRM software and online portals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for career growth and development, and a comprehensive range of benefits.
