Job Overview We are offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Representative to work from home in Texas, with a preference for candidates living within 2 hours of Conroe, TX, to facilitate quarterly and occasional team meetings. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working night shifts, specifically 4x10's (Friday through Monday), and will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. Your excellent communication and time management skills will be essential in this fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to address customer needs and concerns Accurately and efficiently inputting orders and appointments into multiple computer programs, documenting inquiries for outside sales Problem-solving independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Handling escalated phone calls, providing summaries to managers, and minimizing customer irritation Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in all interactions with customers and colleagues Performing general office duties, including filing, faxing, creating Word and Excel documents, and other tasks as needed Showing flexibility in performing all other duties needed on an ad-hoc basis to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attendance and dependability, with a commitment to being punctual and reliable Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC, and navigate a Windows environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering: Competitive pay, with a salary range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid medical, vision, and dental for you and your family Paid time-off and generous 401k with company match On-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a unique lifelong learning program with tuition reimbursement Annual performance bonuses and shareholder opportunities for management A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
