About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized support and guidance Utilize customer support limit systems to make financial decisions to resolve customer issues Explain customer limitations as per contract and provide relevant information to address unasked questions Process claim referrals, new case handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and requests via target system Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and provide education on self-service options Handle incoming requests for orders and pre-approvals not handled by Clinical Case Management Perform review of customer claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and coinsurance/deductible Utilize relevant system tools and resources to create quality letters and spreadsheets in response to customer requests Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Understanding of medical terminology Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a production environment Knowledge of clinical terminology and healthcare systems Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
