About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, influencing our customers' service experience through your handling of customer inquiries and issues via phone, web, or written correspondence. Your role will involve responding to questions, resolving issues, and educating customers about our plans, tools, and resources to guide them along their healthcare journey. You will be working in a 24/7 customer support inbound call environment, which includes weekends and holidays, and must be flexible to work any shift based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Engage, consult, and educate customers about our plans, tools, and resources to guide them along their healthcare journey. Make a personal connection with our customers by understanding and engaging them to the fullest to support their best health. Takes ownership to understand the customer's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the customer. Anticipate customer needs and provide relevant information to address unasked questions. Utilize customer support limit system to make financial decisions to resolve customer issues. Explain customer limitations as per contract. Process claim referrals, new case handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints (customer/provider), and grievances (customer/provider) via target system. Assist providers with self-service options and help with credentialing and re-credentialing issues. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. You should be empathetic, compassionate, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is also required. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, have a strong understanding of clinical terminology, and be able to maintain accuracy and production standards.
