We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to inbound calls from government clients in a professional and courteous manner * Documenting details of conversations, using scripts and online resources to guide conversations * Utilizing technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet, to provide efficient and accurate information * Meeting department quality assurance standards and metrics * Educating and answering questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about government programs * Following protocol and applying sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum High School Diploma or GED * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in utilizing online reference materials and technical systems * Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment * A strong internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable (not supplied by cellular data) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and customer service **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, particularly in a government or call center environment * Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only) * Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors * Previous experience with FEMA Call Center **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in utilizing online reference materials and technical systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
