Your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls, to provide customer support and resolve issues * Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, through creative problem-solving and effective communication * Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, to ensure compliance with regulated guidelines * Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a focus on time and task management * Extensive self-study, training, and testing, to ensure eligibility for certification and promotions **Requirements** To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: * 18 years of age or older * Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s * Dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period * Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period * Completion of a background check and health screening * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required * NOT compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite **Qualifications** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * High level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivated and success-driven **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset.
