As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, responding to member and provider inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Simultaneously answer member and provider inquiries and type information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain web camera visibility during working hours, as required Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns, following established procedures and guidelines Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries Training and Scheduling Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Training will take place from 8:30am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for 4-5 weeks. After completing training, you will be assigned a production schedule that ranges between 8am and 8pm EST. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $14 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour for attendance and performance bonus incentives. Our benefits package includes: Competitive health, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401k retirement savings plan Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and relax Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Reliable internet connection, including a router with Ethernet jack, and a private workstation Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Health insurance experience Call center experience Strong reading comprehension and writing skills Substantial understanding of customer service principles and practices Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
