A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex In this role, your typical day will be filled with opportunities to make a positive impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering 40-50 Inbound/Outbound Calls Daily : Utilize your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns. Assisting Customers with Payment Options, Escrow Items, and General Mortgage Information : Provide expert guidance and support to our customers, ensuring they have the information they need to manage their mortgages effectively. Discussing arenaflex Customer Benefits : Introduce customers to the advantages of our Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services, enhancing their experience with us. Supporting Customers with Pending Mortgage Payments : Offer solutions and assistance to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments, helping them stay on track. Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you should have: 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience : A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 6 Months or More of Call Center Experience : Familiarity with call center operations and the ability to thrive in an inbound/outbound call setting. Additional Details About the Opportunity Hourly Rate: $15.00 : Competitive compensation for your skills and experience. Eligibility for Monthly Bonus and Incentive Rewards : Opportunities to increase your earnings through performance-based bonuses and incentives. Comprehensive 6-Week Paid Virtual Training : Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role, with all equipment provided. Attendance Requirement for the First 90 Days of Training : Commit to our intensive training program to ensure your success. Hours of Operation : Monday - Thursday, 7am – 8pm; Friday, 7am - 7pm; and Saturday, 8am - 12pm. Your work schedule after training will align with these business hours. Residency Requirement : You must reside within 60 miles of our office location to be eligible for this remote position.
